A candidate must be registered in their home country and possess a nursing diploma or degree from an authorised college or university in order to take the MOH exam. In addition, the person needs to have had post-registration experience for at least five months.

- SSLC and 10th standard certificate
- Plus two or 12th standard certificate

All certificates must be signed, sealed, and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country in which they were issued.
Any certifications offered for collecting must be genuine and coincide with those uploaded.
Doctors should receive their general practise certifications from the universities that are recognised in the WHO ranking. The applicant won’t be qualified to take the MOH exam if this is the case. If practise is stopped or interrupted in any way, the candidate will not be qualified to sit the exam.
There will be no exceptions; all papers must be supplied at the time of application in order to be eligible to take the MOH exam.
